October 25th – 31st 2020 is National Massage Therapy Week. Although this is an American concept, I though why not celebrate it here in France to! The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) celebrates the massage therapy profession – massage therapists work and the benefits of massage for a whole week!!
What better week to explain my work, the benefits of massage and why I LOVE what I do!

It’s said massage began before 3000 BC, making it one of the worlds oldest health treatments and professions. It’s not hard to see how it’s not only survived but developed and thrived as a therapy to what it is today. I love being a massage therapist because it allows me to help people, perhaps change their day or week. Job satisfaction as a massage therapist is up there, in my opinion at the top.

Massage Styles
I offer different massage styles for different purposes and benefits. The massage styles I have trained in allow me to tailor your massage and give you your desired outcome. For example, a UK Sports Massage will help you recover lost range of motion, recover from an injury or release tension restricting movement. A hot stone massage will relax you and release tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
