A Massage Style to suit you
About my Treatments
UK Sports Massage
Using UK Sports Massage techniques this massage style will aid in correcting imbalances in the body by helping to restore range of movement. The techniques, will focus on correcting problems caused by strenuous physical activity because of weakness, overuse and injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage is a style of massage that focuses on eliminating deep muscular aches and strains. Moreover the techniques used will access inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues, releasing muscle knots. As a result, this will help you feel lighter and more balanced.
Classic Relaxation Massage
Using Swedish massage techniques, this slow gentle massage will help to restore balance and promote relaxation. It’s therefore the perfect way to switch off from everyday life and give your body something back.
Pregnancy Massage
